U.S. Market Entry
Trying to sell in the U.S. is one thing. Getting everything set up so you can actually do it is another.
This is an area I want Eaves to put a lot of focus into. A producer outside the United States may have a great product and know there is a market here, but they still have to figure out distributors, logistics, warehousing, inventory, pricing, and who is going to keep all of those people talking to each other.
Eaves can be the person on the U.S. side helping pull that together.

Finding the right markets
I do not think the answer is always to go after the biggest states first. We can look at where the product
makes sense, where there may already be relationships or demand, what distribution looks like, and what
it will actually cost to support the market.
Finding distributors
Eaves can research distributors that fit the product, reach out to them, keep track of the conversations,
follow up, and help work through what has to happen operationally if there is interest.

Getting the product there
Once there is a market for the product, somebody still has to work through freight, warehousing, inventory,
and the handoff to distributors or customers. Eaves can help coordinate that instead of leaving the
producer to manage every U.S. vendor from overseas.
Staying involved
I do not want Eaves to disappear after an introduction is made. If the company needs ongoing help as the
U.S. side grows, Eaves can stay involved and help manage it.
