Eaves Operations works with companies that need help actually getting things done. That could be getting
a product into the U.S., finding distributors, setting up logistics and warehousing, fixing a process that is
not working, or taking some of the operational workload off an owner who has too much on their plate.

A Message from Founder Chandler Eaves:
My background is in logistics and operations. I have worked around warehouses, transportation, process
improvement, safety and compliance, people, and the day-to-day problems that come with keeping an
operation running. I am much more interested in getting into the details and fixing a problem than giving somebody a long
presentation about it. That is the approach I want Eaves to have too.

Why I started Eaves?
I started Eaves because I like the part of business where things actually have to work. I have spent more
than a decade around warehousing, transportation, logistics, safety, process improvement, and operations.
A lot of that work comes down to the same thing: there is a problem in front of you, people are waiting on
an answer, and somebody has to figure out how to get it handled.
I wanted to build a company around that.
Eaves is meant to be useful to businesses that have an opportunity in front of them but need more help on
the operational side to make it happen. Sometimes that may be one project. Sometimes it may mean
working with the company for a long time and becoming part of how they operate.
